increments and promotions not available and outside new company staffs give best salary backache but our company staffs working 7 and above years working staffs not considered basic increment that partiality for old employees our company

There is lot of politics and mainly in Partiality seeking. No pay/ reward / worth for staffs extra time working. No job security. No one hear what we says ..
They favor certain people, ignoring their mistakes, while blaming others for the same errors. It's unfair and creates a biased work environment. Additionally, when issues arise, they'll dismiss concerns by saying 'if you're not interested, you can leave', rather than addressing the problems.
Jay Jay Mills group is a standard working place for every individual. If you perform well, you will get the good result. Working hours, infra structure, co- workers all good(normal work pressure and politics are there though). The management is also excellent.I suggest this company to whoever wants to apply for a job.
