Have not joined simply faced interview and this happened

...rallelly that had kep looking for the candidate who can : 1. Join immediately 2. Join at lower package 3. Join without negotiation 3. Have naive mind. These days all HR in such practices. But these practices are victimising the common and innocent employees who rely on the flowery words of HR. Please stop this practice, this creates mental illness to us . I am mentally disturbed since I faced this.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are suppory ty and. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Salary time to time. COVID time employees full salary continue and company employees not job break and not Resign.

Not skill development employ, Promotion/ engriment is political & poor, Safety is notice board and safety miting not ground floor & product is not policy for employ & environment safety50-50. But company owner is good men but manegement culture is political and poor.

Overall the company is good to work for. Make sure you are hired at your desired package else you'll just have to wait for the year end for appraisal. Which would not be much.

KonKem Industries Pvt Ltd is a group company of Jay which has recently been demerged and it is in it's growing stage. Initially working here would be a bit tough if you aren't trained properly. Training received in procurement was partially done by the teammates.
