Incredible work life balance, learning and leadership. It is a truly special placed. Peers and managers are genuinely caring about everyone's well being. It is like a family, and that culture is so, so precious and rare to find and this is the reason there are almost 0 attrition rate. Its like even if you started at 20 years you retire at 60 in JNCH :) :) lol The Honourable Chairman Ms Divya Parashar has taken the legacy of Late Honourable Founder Dr. Madan Mohan Joshi ji to new incredible heights. It becomes an honour to be a part of JNCH family.....I feel incredibly appreciative for opportunities to learn everyone gets here.

Nothing as such....there are sometimes disagreements (of course regarding works) with individuals but that is even in a family...you cannot make everyone agree with you always.....!!!

yaha ki sister ka kam Karna ka tarika Acha nhi ha 2-2 ganta Bethla rahti ha chya pesant mar jay unko samna bala inshan nhi tym ki Value nhi ha sabka tym kharb karti ha ma apna papa ko radiasan ma Lata hu 1 baja sa dawa la kar khaba hu 3 baj gya ha koyi response nhi ha or yaha ka Madical dipatmant bhi sahi nhi ha betha rahaga lakin dawa tym par nhi deta ha ya privet hospital ha lakin yaha government sa bhi kharb kam hota ha plz owner of hospital chack tha stap and Acha sa kam Karya Bhoat problam hoti ha ek Aam inshan ko yaha par plz sir / mam

If you going to join JNCH make sure you have a back up to cover beacaude people loses their job overnight there., There's really a poor culture followed, no Hierarchy to follow, a single family oriented business you might get to see, Castism you have to face every singke day... No respect for any employee, on the name of management one women Commands everything and management is Dumb even if someone gets murdered over there, no policies as such are followed there to favour employees, those all who has strong hold they are indulge into coaxing of a Director family, they dont like active people in the body, such a worst place to work.
