- academics are simpler and methodology is good - easy to deal with students and parents - vast scope of learning new things -teacher can upgrade themselves through training

...personal life - only join if you are bachelor or not getting any other good job - even if the salary is quiet high please don't fall prey to it. There is no mental satisfaction

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Not every school but where I do job there were no unity.

Teachers and other staff is good and supporting.

Dislikes

The policies for contract employees aren't good. As the organization doesn't care if the contract employees are suffering in times of pandemic without pay since May 2020.

Teammates are good, there is no external political interface, teaching learning methods are really good.

Dislikes

As it is fully residential school so teachers are engaged almost whole day from morning to night, and salary difference between full time teacher and contractual teacher is huge thought all are working for same time.
