Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

...it's a M&M group company, all policies apply for Jawa / Classic Legends as well. All, except the salary revision & performance bonus which comes delayed of 2-3 months after M&M employee gets it.

No work ethics. Top management thinks of you as a slave. When the actual problem is with the management/ product/ marketing, the blame is on the field team to sell. Hardly any work life balance. Morning 8.30 the first call starts. Last call may end by 9.30 pm if you are lucky and if the top management is busy. Else, you are done. There are no holidays or weekends here. Just work with no result and no appreciation. Attrition is very high due to these practices..

There is no likable about this company its was worst experience in the whole life.

Top Management Specially HR, Service Head, RM's, its not good to join the company the reason is as if you trying to switch the job from this company to other company you will get threats and these people make terrible life by making interfere with your future company process. Ex: while cross checking from other company this one these people will refuse to identify simultaneously end the calls and some time never answer the calls. where you will face the rejection.
