Honestly, nothing really stood out in a positive way. There wasn’t anything I liked or felt good about during my time there.

...thinking developers were in the U.S. when they were actually working from India. Salary promises were a joke, payments were delayed, cut without any reason. In some cases, employees were told to use bank accounts of their family members. That’s not just unprofessional, that’s outright suspicious. The work culture was toxic. Management acted nice during hiring but completely changed afterward: rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. No proper communication, no regard for people. And the disgusting hire-and-fire culture. They laid off people 4th time again in 2025, without warning, after making false promises and giving them false hope. This company has no ethics, no stability, and no respect for the people who work there. No professional should go through this kind of treatment.

...od, here you don't have to pay attention to your work at all but life is good. Salary and benefits are the best part of the company, basic salary + monthly bonus + yearly bonus + yearly increment/appraisal is there. Benefits are internet reimbursement, travel reimbursement, etc. Promotion and appraisals are there if you are very good at cheating or forging or acute or people pleasing or admiring managers and project managers. Very good policy for job security here until they have projects, if don't, you'll get to know that you are not skilled, you are not worthy, and you are not giving work satisfaction. then only they realize to examine you and test your knowledge suddenly, and then they will evaluate you after giving you 1 whole day to revise everything. If you are able to answer all questions you'll get 5/10 if you are legging somewhere somehow they will give you 2/10 as you were working on a project(where you weren't touching the code a single day, as 10 years of experience freelancers are there for coding) and not able to solve the problems in one go. they will give you one week to prepare and then ask you everything(as you are working on the project you must have this understanding. Skill Development is there for English to communicate with US clients. Learning is there where you have to learn tech skills and weekly assignments will be there for that. flexibility of work is there if you want or not you can work on Saturdays and Sundays. Work satisfaction is not there for you as you are not working there and they are okay with your work until you have a project by and only by talking and fooling the client as the primary developer, after that you'll have to face assessment on the same day and 2/10 result, if you are a junior developer then you are peon or office-boy. Company culture is very familiar as they call us "the Java R&D Family" or "ITech Family" or "Java Ventures Family", and humiliate us whenever they want, slang language, vituperation, and strong language can be used on you here by manager Grv M, Prul, Sjid HRM, and your primary developer. I am very happy to leave the organization as they threatened me to terminate although they can't but the way of handling employees is appreciable

Dislikes

If you are good at coding and have good knowledge or are open to learning and growing as a software developer, this would be a bad decision to join this. If you have self-respect don't join it or leave it, because when they have bad times they will kick you out and give you stress, trauma, depression, and self-doubt situations.

...e trainer doesn't pick up the call. When you message them, they say I am busy. HRs are irresponsible, they do not even provide salary slips without asking. Learning is shallow. And partiality is very high.

NOTHING, ITS A FAKE COMPANY AND WORST COMPANY EVER. No professional behavior and there is no life after working hours and they use to create Working with JAVA R&D is the nightmare and feels like you are trapped in a jail and slowly you will forget your potential as well,the reality of the company is that they just SPY on every employee on their personal life, very unhygienic place to work and washrooms n rats roaming around and the camera constantly keeps an eye.

Totally unprofessional. They don't provide salary on time and there is nothing to learn and no growth as professional as well as personal and they don't consider your talent or skills and they always tries to criticize and never appreciate your work, hell a lot of pressure and work and negative working culture and Its a fake company they just pretend they have clients from US but that's a LIE, they just use there own internal candidates for cracking the interview the fake one, a lot of mental harassment, so please never ever apply or be the part of java R&D. If you want to ruin your career den pls go for it Best of Luck. FAKE. FAKE. FAKE. FAKE. FAKE.

... treat you as a servant Completely partial management Policies change everyday If they offer you 1 crore package then also never work here. Here the work culture is just like ruler or dictator. They will take your time and will not let you breathe without there permission in work timing. So big NO to this company even if you are in your worst of situation or if you are dying, never ever join this company.
