This company is purely for freshers,even if you aren’t a civil engineer they train you from the basics.the main aim of the company is to provide job to the people in south tamil nadu where you don’t see much opportunities in technical aspects.

Dislikes

The main problem is with the employees and their mindset,usually as a fresher they don’t have any skill some don’t even know to convert metre to mm but they expect a very high salary and blame the company.

Likes

This is excellent place to learn. This company is purely made for freshers. If you want to learn and gain experience then this will will be one of yours perfect choice. Overall I would say it is a best learning place.

Dislikes

One thing I don't like about is that they aren't giving an expected respect to their employees. They are not even considering their employees growth. Their focus is one and only towards companies growth. The work time will be more than I expected. The office Infrastructure in the one I don't like. Here is full of office work but they not even provide ac in their companies. This makes works more difficult. Some time sweating happen because of heat. They must improve their office atmosphere. This office not in an remote area.
