The management was very poor. There was always mis calculations of salary. I was harrassed by a co worker after multiple complaint to the senior the only action they took were to transfer him to another department. It didn't help them my my family intervened and I had leave the job and change my number.

I like the company and company workers because they all supporting me..especially our aria manager Rajesh Sonaji sir and bijoy patra and rajesh ja sir and our company head rahul jashnani sir..and all store managers supporting me to growing in this company..and one more person he is a god of my carrier growing that's SURENDAR SIR..our aria manager..superb experience in jashn

Nothing. A very bad experience of my life in this organisation.Biggest mistake of my life is joining in this brand.Third class company and brand excluding staffs.

Everything.Lots of politics,the boss uses abusive and explict languages at the drop of a hat,products not upto the mark,unorganized culture and you have to even beg for your Salary and reimbursements.Till now my reimbursements and allowances for a year or so is pending and it is the same for other staffs too. Bogus company wherein the Company Seniors are thieves and thrive on employees Salary and allowances.Shit company.

if your starting your career please start with a designer and not with retail store line,thts where i made the mistake. please don't join this company if your looking for your betterment ,they will convince you alot like beg for you to join but dnt salary is also not satisfying
