Trainings are helpful, On time salary, Good reputation of the company has good impact on our resume. Professionalism of higher management. Suggestions. Don't be comfortable with the position, keep looking for better one.

You don't need to be skilled to get promoted, just be very close to your line manager and buy them some gifts time to time. Religiously biased. Too many line managers. Commission structure is pathetic.

As working with the company is good but when it comes to increment it is worst as compare to others. In Covid we are facing problem because we are working for 20 days paid & 10 days unpaid from JUNE to OCTOBER as well as they are deducting our annual leave & montly leaves which is calculated for annual leave.

Increment is not there at required period after giving the best perfomance
