...ke leave one day, they deduct 3000 straight away. Those people don't have heart. Always asks to work on Sunday's but nothing extra bonus is provided. Very very pathetic culture. If a person joins company one week earlier than you, even if he joins one day earlier than you, you have to call them sir and ma'am. Can't use mobile fon even after 7 pm which is officially work timing. Always they will make you sit in office till minimum 9 pm and maximum 11 pm. Very worse experience

Everything here is to dislike only. Even After giving resignation and serving notice period they haven't provided me my experience certificate, it's been 6 months now, the branch manager is pathetic, he always says checking checking but never gives experience letter

Their is nothing to like about this job, honestly i worked here for 2 months and it felt like a torture, no matter how much efforts you put in here you will always feel less, you will work overtime for free.

No worklife balance Bad managers (especially the one who is in thane) Pay is nothing as compared to the amount of work you do. Bad company, but a good experience for freshers to start with, when you start with worst, you realise the importance of good work culture and you value it even more.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not on time a lot a delay I salary there is no growth. They deminise new jonies. There is no job security any time they can remove u. The superior have a superiority complex among them. The worst experience. Plzz dont join this company

...e from top management starting with the ceo and co founder and the so called Mr. S Mallya, the whole management is pathetic, unemployment and getting salary hike is the only reason one might want to work here.. treating employees like the dont matter.. the hire and fire culture is terrible.. the whole place is a nightmare for the people working there not a single person is happy to come to work.. plus as a Hr dont fall for the incentive scheme its a complete fake thing.. never comes on time and you have to beg for ur own hard earned money.. they expect u to overachieve ur targets which as unrealistic bdw because your monthly target is 6-7 and your weekly target is 3-4 so tht comes upto 12-16.. whether you are from hr or sales you are expected to wait after shift timings daily and if u argue they ll shut u down.. and set guilt in ur heart.. but you are expected to reach on time or they might deduct your salary as half day.. (Run for the hills if you hear.. - Hi I am calling from jaro education) - this is for all HRs , sales executives, as well as customers… Cause they make the sales person do unethical things to make a sales so customers beware.. check out linkdin for proofs

...is the worst company ever - it'll ruin your mental health in every way possible. They make you sit till 9 PM, cut your salary even if you're just a few minutes late, and call you to the office even on Sundays. On top of that, there's a constant treat of being removed every month, no matter how hard you work. I had read similar reviews before joining but didn't take them seriously now I deeply regret it. You're treated like a slave, and any complaints are dismissed by saying " the salary justifies it." It doesn't. NEVER JOIN THIS COMPANY.
