This is nothing but a blatant attempt to withhold hard-earned salaries from employees who are already overworked and undervalued. Jaro Education is not a place for career growth it's a toxic environment where hard work goes unnoticed, and favoritism dictates success. If you value your professional well-being, steer clear of this company.

worst culture.if u resign they will hold your salary n never give it ,14 hours shift , monika khandelwal branch manager is very rude n involves in personal life as well .. abuses employee.. threaten them that she will hold salary n give termination.. if u go here your life will become hell trust me .

The culture is very toxic, They need numbers there is no employee satisfaction. There is more partiality and favouritism if you are not their favorite you can't grow there or you will not be recognised. Some Sundays also you need to work it depends on your team lead.

Work culture is like a BPO Rigid timing even for lunch breaks like a school Hiring Firing system you have to prove yourself in 1st month itself No Training and development at all
