New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

JOOTRH in full is Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital former name Rasia coz it was built by Rasian during colonization ....it's a nice place to be their is a lot of team work and love among each colleagues

JOOTRH in full is Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital former name was Rasia because it was built by Rasian during colonization it's situated in KISUMU.....their is a team work with staffs they help each other....it's a place you can learn more coz Doctors and Nurses are friendly and they are willing to teach the environment is cool and safe coz watchmen are everywhere I was working as a casual worker and the salary was 13,000 but according to government tax u receive 12000 in ur account
