Company is good in terms of job security.all staff and environment is happy. Located in prime area.

...dwich insted of compofg or meal or allowance. Company policies are very tidious. If anyone joining here,he need to ask more on variable pay, appresial cycle,and diwali bonus. Whenever you leave you faced loss of 1 and half month salary due to these policies. Direct ask when i will get diwalu bonus and variable pay if i join now.with date and YEAR the you will understand the policies much better.no insurance for family or i guess for employees (i dont remember). No work life balance at all.you need to aake on 4 on weekends do the work then again will get call again stop whatever you are doing do the work and then only weekend is over without any compensation.no canteen, and when we go outside for lunch we are being observed how long we took lunch break.

This company is have no MNC culture but compensation and benifits are good, This company is ver good for Pune Employees and also good for those who are living without family because Management see the time of employee not Performance, Those who can give their time more then 16 hours for company.

Politics & Work-life Balance are the worst things of the company

...agement is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you canot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees.

You may get chance to learn & explore each domain area. It is totally depends upon you & your superior. As I was working there for IT system's establishment period, I get chance to learn, explore & manage each area of the IT system.

Nothing to like it. It's the worst one I experienced.

Worst place to work in. The management is very bias and the whole system doesn't respect you and your efforts. No work life balance. Though it sounds like a corporate company but It's like a local enterprise.
