Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Owner of the company and his wife behaviour towards staff is very worst and not tolerable at all. They even try to control personal life of everyone's. There is no holiday even on sunday and festival. They took extra work from workers and helpers even after working hours get over. And shouts on everyone in front of whole staff and workers. Such a cruel behaviour. I do not suggest especially female to go and work there.
