Absolutely nothing. Shit work culture. Shit pay. Shit founder. I do like how they commit fraud and act all high and mighty in front of the auditors. I think that is very smart. Not everyone can pull that off.

Dislikes

...CEO calls people on weekends and demands everything happen right then and there. All of this torture for an abnormally low pay. Honestly slavery would have been better than this. But even that ended. This won't. Only escape from this hell is quitting. Join at your own risk. Even the auditors involved requested them to shut down their company. But their arrogance hasn't gone down.

Except few colleagues, nothing significant which is good.

Dislikes

Lots of products complain, customers are annoyed. No customer support on time. Salary and expenses reimbursement is very irregular. Incentives never disbursed, no one got any incentive amount ever. Very whimsical CEO, not very clear what he wants to do. Every team members are leaving after joining within a month. Never settle full and final without legal steps.

No employee perks and benefits. Salary doesn't get credited on time. Management is bull shit. There are no enthusiastic people to work with.

Nothing to say positive. Very bad management, employee retention is less than three months in tech and sales .

Sourcing Chinese origin product as medical hardware device and putting Janitri s/w in it as reassembling and try fool the customers by saying Innovation, R&D and Indian startup product, it is completely cheating.
