Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The company sets up a very bad work culture.. if you wanna experience bad ethics then better choose Jandia engineering… ego and cornering power of few (but many) ppl in the firm will suppress you down of your abilities…. boss was the leader and leaders were bosses there… even house keeping department acts with such ego which has traversed from the top management…. department heads rule the Compny, boss nods his head based on 2 dept heads left and right hands… espl finance makes so many unaccounted money ( under the table deals) and design head who thinks the German concept is over his head… a work place should allow co workers to grow not to suppress… I just had a mere experience of how bad politics will work…
