If you have no other job offer then go with Janbask. Otherwise once the project is done they will terminate you and hold your salary. They can terminate you any point of time without any prior notice. There is no job security.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Working from home from almost a year.

Dislikes

The work culture is terrible. There is a work-life balance, you'll live under the constant terror of the content manager. Don't get fooled by the good reviews.

No support during COVID-19. Though, I including many other employees were laid off by the company on the first day of lockdown due to an economic crisis.

My immediate reporting manager, VP, and few of the colleagues are the real supporters. If you're planning to Janbask then your work-life balance will be terrible and destroyed. They're supporters of nepotism and favoritism. If you are the favorite of your manager then you'll be uplifted from every end otherwise you'll be treated like garbage. High politics and no appraisals. Just lies!

In starting all is good but job is not secure.

High class politics played by senior member, Hire and fire policy, when they have work they are hiring a people and once their work is done fire the employee. In this company every minute break is countable its a fake company, they are selling there products to the persons and told them we are sitting in USA our office place in USA but actually they place in Noida. Without any notice they are terminating the employee, very worst experience in JanBask in life.
