Dislikes

Poor QA QC Management. Poor company terms and conditions regrading yearly vacation for offshore employees. Staying in offshore for one year is very bad for your health. You will be sick soon or may be health can in danger. Emergency leave issue. PMT are the real owner . You have to deal with Aramco PMT everytime. Salary deductible for bad weather. On other companies deducting the salary. No increments no bonus. Illiterate non professional HR in tanajib.

Good promotors running this company. Head office boss wants to do good things for employees. Company made six months vacation is very good. Boss Al Rashid good person he wants do good things for employees.

Tanajib QA QC management not taking care of employees. QA QC Supervisor and Manager using QC inspector as sacrifice Got that means Incase of any issues come they blame QC inspector and escape. QAQc management not caring QC inspector. Entire Tanajib team spoiling company name. Tanajib project team very bad management. TUR Project manager is doing bad things for employees. Tanajib logistics team doing bad things for employees.
