Office Politics, Nepotism and Unprofessional Behaviour Of HR I worked here almost 2 year's but they did not give me my experience letter. When i messeged him for asking about my experience letter they blocked me. They think like a donkey, they think if they blocked me then the problem will be solved. Due to which i faced lot's of trouble in getting new job. Now i am making my career again. Here is an employee his name is Abhishek Khare. He think that he have good sense of humor but he is a shameless & hateful person. He once made a gun like shape and hit me hard on my head, On that day, a criminal was murdered in the same manner. This incident has become a bad memory for me. Here is an employee his name is Ibrahim Iqbal and Abdul Samad. Both of them are very talented. But Ibrahim Iqbal is very bad person and play very cheap politics in the office. Whenever you go to discuss anything related to project with him, sometimes he would tell you and sometimes he would not, Everything depends on his mood. When i was working on a project, i went to him to ask something related to project, then he told me to go and ask Abdul Samad, then i went to Abdul Samad. Adbul Samad told me to go and ask Ibrahim Iqbal. I don't know whether these two are friends or not, but because of them, i became like a football. Ibrahim Iqbal is such a bad person that whenever i used to go to him for discussion related to project. He used to tell me "First go and write it down in the group that i am not able to understand these things Ibrahim Sir, Please explain it to me". And all this felt like very stange to me. I felt like leaving the office and finally i left the office.

Office Politics, Nepotism And Unprofessional Behaviour This is a very bad company. I worked here almost 2 years and they did not give me my experience letter. I wanted to serve the notice period but they did not allowed me to serve. His HR called me and threatened to terminate me.

There senior are not well trained not groomed as per their experience, only except 1-2 not more than the worst company for freshers as well as for experience. They seems supportive but there blend of dirty politics. The most toxic company you always feel frustrated. Note : this not about pressure because this always be there in other companies too

... a good leadee but it seems that they did not give my compensation ,my 13th mos.pay,my last salary and my coe( cert.of employment it they say they will process it within 30 working days .but iits about 2 mos.already when they terminate me.but still they didnt pay me ..my concern was they have to pay what their worker work for...because the worker or their employee have their right to ask and receive theirbenefitts and salary its in the law .

Not giving the right compensation on time..for being not responsible to their employees needs..for not realeasing the last pay and for not giving the 13th mos.pay in proper time and date.for not being responsible company..any employees have their right to be proper compensate..so please do your job for attending what your employees ask..
