The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Growth opportunities are very limited and the salary scale at the starting level is way too low also office politics is very predominant if you are at the entry level of this organisation you will have a terrible time here. Also be aware of fake commitments.

A few people (Uday, Jal) were/are good but what to do if the bosses above are deeply rooted in lobby following and politics. Pathetic work culture and no growth (even if you do good you will be put down because you don't l### @###). A lot of false hopes and renumeration wise it's a joke. Special mention to MR. P G , being impulsive is understandable but at the position where you are think with your head and I hope you understand everyone is a human and no one is your servant. Treat employees as employees and stop exploiting them!
