Compensation is decent but growth is slow and once the extension is complete then salary comes late

It's really environment and culture are very good.hear team's are supported and good management.there is a good place for every one. Every body are helpful.

Staff nurse salary is not seficient.so careers growth is slow.

I am doing work here as staff nurse from nov. 2017 every day 6hrs shift duty, Here teammates are very good by nature, cooperative with each other work life is very good

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...o explore my ideas .. its a university environment which have peace in her lap. No salary it's was a dissertation work according to the syllabus designed by the university itself.

I think the lack of university I experienced was about the systems of hamdard which deals with study schedule and not having any conference which can explore the idea of future planning .
