Only my seniors are good, who always supporting me..

Dislikes

Very poor office environment, not having any quality projects and always facing salary issue. My last 4 month salary was pending here and when I asking to give my salary, boss take my resignation. Don't recommend anyone to join this worst company.

I can't think of anything impressive in this fake company.

Very Poor Management and Not Given Salary on Time😞 Hold 3-4 month salary of every employees. I was drop my resignation before 2 months, still not clear my salary till now. Management is very poor. There is not any future of this fake company. 👎

Very Poor Company Jamesons Info Solutions! My Salary is pending from 5-6 months, every month when I ask for my pending salary then Mr. Pankaj Srivastava(Founder) given only dates but on his date he was not responding on my calls or messages.. Totally Fake Company, Don't recommend to anyone...

Supportive colleagues 😊

Dislikes

They are not able to give salary to the employee. Salaries of employees are hold from last 4 months. Not a single project is in hand. Management still don't know when they have budget to pay out their employees salary. No vision, No mission.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
