I was teaching online the assignements- which included giving papers and developing lectures for different programs at the institute were given. I delivered the lectures got an assistant to work for me. Th flexibility was good during covid. Renumeration was not as fast as one would expect.

Dislikes

I was given good assistance in developing my content. BUt no students were provided to interact with. Found some comments that were disturbing. My developed content was restricted from Viewership to other parts of the World. With my level of experience, I Was not given more opportunities. I think the Institute can develop way more if it allows for the Professional development of faculty through enhancement of their research portfolio and provides the support necessary to do so. I really likde some of the people they were very polite. Thank you

Nothing to learn, no work culture. No organisation structure. Higher management blindly believes only the old employees. Full of politics.

Dislikes

They promise a lot but do nothing. Demotivating work culture. You can survive there if you are good at politics and telling lies.

company provide you all the assests like laptop and a spare sim so you dont have to use your personal equipment. At initial stage I was working with a team leader who is very encouraging and supportive. I had a great experience there working in a team.

Dislikes

The company works in a very unproffesional way. I worked there for a very short period of time and the HR of the company didn't interact with my team once. there was no time management and no work ethics.

Likes

Since I am an independent kind of worker, this school really offers a very good work environment for me. The management listens and also ensures that staff is well taken care of always.

Dislikes

The work environment is fast-paced and needs high energy and sometimes out of hours work which is expected due to the global locations of the institute.
