Likes

No job security at all as you can be fired from work anytime if you are not working as per their high standards. Work culture is not good as Hr admin’s job is to watch your desktop from too much cctv cameras as here working from Skype only. Company policy: no policy defined as policy is that only what HR wants and frame policy and modifying time to time.

Dislikes

Not recommended to work over their as no money satisfaction and work culture is also very bad as no appreciation no motivation for work only complaining for what you have not done.
