Very good only in terms of timely salary disbursement. Rest other parameters are just okay okay.

Dislikes

...hly prevailed. Staff Promotions due as per the policy also never happen on time. Staff Salary Increment is just good for nothing.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming acrade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary huke and Bonus every year

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this.
