Company lacks Planning and Management, due to this there's tremendous pressure in month end to wind up the monthly targets... as the projects are not planned properly so lot of material dispatched with inferior quality... work culture is not at all balanced as the company runs without any pressure for initial two weeks of every month and this gives immense pressure on employees for the last two weeks and the company start running for 18 to 20 hours shifts daily without any break for 15 days, sunday's included... Account department cuts huge amount in TDS and the same will never be properly told by HR or accounts dept.

...hich they expertise... Management forces employees to work wherever they want... Managers are forced to do 20 hrs shift daily without any Over Time Pay... Managers were made to work like supervisors or labors...

Teammates OK OK, training average, job security good, career growth poor, salary and travel poor, politics full on, learning good, work environment okok,no innovation, work life balance poor

...you have to do many works except your profession. Work environment is stressful. Salary is also very poor, no incentive no bonus.

Everything is here to dislikes. Before ending month there coffee and biscuits over...they do notice things like no one can take two coffees in a day... Pathetic work place. As per company policy they gives 24 holidays but on paper only if anybody can need leave then they need advise prior 15 days also they do things like 1 employee can works for 2-3 department work together..

There is a clear influx of substandard officers who are more concerned about salvaging their individual existence in the company and ready to make a mockery of people who wish to change it's environment.....not to miss is the top brass in the company who call the shots per their biased opinions
