I never worked a company which has no job security, in this company salary is very big issue often workers get meagre salary than expected. Working under this company means you have to borrow money from your home. This company owes my 35k approx. I have working in this as an mechanical supervisor, but in this company I have told to borrow money from my home for my daily needs. This company doesn't pay my February month salary in that month not a single day was my leave or not a rupees advance was taken by me. In this company his vendor told me to take material with myself from bathinda to Indore but didn't pay me. I don't know why such kind of people have in this world they paid everyone's salary beside me. When I asked for my salary then always told they will pay when I clear all accounts details. One of the most important thing about this company is that his vendor told me you have done nothing in this company then I also told If I done nothing then you should fire me earlier but no they have waited for the right time to clear all their pending work by myself and withhold my 1.5 month salary with some other dues. This company's vendor often send me to buy some material and told they will pay me but they don't in this case I have to pay by myself too that's why I say that working in this company has worst experience ever in my life
