Some Colleagues are helpful some are full of politics but overall good environment for someone who want to gain experience and learn.

Dislikes

Untimed pay- late is not the word sometimes because they almost forget that they have to pay 🥱🥱 Promotions/appraisal/documents never on time and never as per your role and capacity. Not compatible as per industry standards. Working hours also too stretched out to call it a corporate,makes it too hectic for someone who travels from some distance to gurgaon office

. Flat hierarchy leads to quicker decision making. . Every team person is accessible . The company has many examples of employee joining at basic levels and reaching leadership positions . 360 Degree learning and leading opportunities

They pay salaries after 2 months sometimes it even extended 2 months and still salaries are not paid. During my fnf they took 60days to give my fnf and even in that they paid me 10k less than my working days and when I asked the HR Head there Mrs shivani sekhon she didn't even respond to my mails or even tried to solve the issue they didn't give me any reason to why they have deducted this amount my experience with them was not so good at starting they said they will keep me as permanent employee and that I should not look for other opportunities as they will realise my offer letter soon but just one week before my tenure was about to get over they told me that they don't find my work Sr Executive level... And from someone else in Hr I got to know that they said me no because they got a reference from their owner to hire one of his family member.... I mean they could have directly told me this issue why to give mental stress and self doubts to others. Pathetic work culture only few people are good but management sucks

The salary is consistently late, often coming once in every two months. There is too much politics within the workplace, which makes it quite difficult to focus. Initially the things that makes it look like you can achieve something professionally looks like an illusion in the long run. The word’s out on the floor that its a reknowned company and you’ll get better companies when you switch but you literally watch people going through their linkedin and naukri profiles only to get no response. If you have no personal achievements you are in grave danger. Please don’t come here and if you are already here Best Of Luck. P.S Not a frustrated employee,but purely theough experience.

Late salary, toxic culture, rigidity, no quality check , salary not even late sometimes we just get salary after 2 months. Not recommended at all. Not at all flexible with timings or work. Moreover, religious stuff matters a lot here.
