no job security, salary is always late (sometimes the delay is 2 month), loads of partiality and politics, can't gain proper knowledge because the seniors are them-self confused, its a pain asking for documents (e.g., appointment letter, experience letter, etc.), company took security from employees and named it as incentive (which is actually your own money).

Some Colleagues are helpful some are full of politics but overall good environment for someone who want to gain experience and learn.

Dislikes

Untimed pay- late is not the word sometimes because they almost forget that they have to pay 🥱🥱 Promotions/appraisal/documents never on time and never as per your role and capacity. Not compatible as per industry standards. Working hours also too stretched out to call it a corporate,makes it too hectic for someone who travels from some distance to gurgaon office

...g with FOFO outlets ..Because here is no any chance of growth and development.. no proper salary package all .... after working 12years I Have nothing to earn and saving ... due to low salary package .. No proper incentive plan

there is a huge list of dislikes- 1) Salaries not getting credited on any fixed time there are frequently delays in salary, Even during festive periods , Top management is bsy in there international travels, when it comes processing of emplyee salary there often seems to be lack of funds 2) The Company follow strict timing rules - arriving even a minute late can result in half day deduction. Official working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM 3) Salary increment and performance incentives are rarely provided. Emplyees are often require to bear travel expenses themselves , and reimbursements are frequently delayed or completely overlooked. 4) There are no defined HR policies in place, leading to a lack of structure and transparency in employee management.
