...is pandemic company supports me in emotionally and financially both the aspects.When most of the company in market are cutting the salary of their employees my company didn't cut a single penny from my salary. And i feel proud in suggesting others people also be the part of this great organization where you'll get ocean of opportunities.

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology,I love the fact that. I am always happy I was a part of team Moira, that markets reliable, high-quality products. as a result they have a broad brand, my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire police here.

Dislikes

Growth is decent, but compensation is slow. The work pressure is too high, sometimes I had to work 24 hours a day directly, most of the annual evaluation of Jaideep Ispat is done with a prefix percentage, no attention is paid to the merit, if the market is going down, production would go down is, then the management does not pay the full salary.

Buttering and oiling culture, Most people who do the above gets promoted and others do not. No meritocracy is being followed here. Complete waste of time to join this organisation until you are a relative or belong to UP/Bihar. Education have no value here as most people are uneducated and due to this they take newer uneducated people as new recruits and the cycle goes on
