The boss of the company is very good, he understands everyone's compulsions. I would suggest to the boss of the company that he should not blindly trust anyone's words; reach to the bottom of the matter before taking any decision.

There is a lot of politics in this company. No staff member works with full understanding of his responsibility and does not understand anyone's compulsion. I would just like to suggest that if the company has to grow further, then everyone will have to work together.
