I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Except Salary all are bad, there senior's are unprofessional about finance and also MD has no rural finance experience. Policy too poor. Tere is no mean to work with them.

1. No salary on time till I will not get salary of Feb-2019. 2. Salary slip generate of different amount salary credit to account is different. 3. 100 of mail sent to CEO for salary. 4. Lot of politics. 5. Senior don't know about agriculture loan and this Agri start up.... 6. Senior give negative feedback if you will go to join different organisation. 7. CEO directly use word " now see what I will do with you and your career" like this. 8. For F & F lot of harrassment and instead of 1,10,000 final settlement you will get 10000 much more.

It is a horrible hell hole that treats employees like shit, the CXOs do not under what a leave is, they expect you to pull all nighters and then do not care or do not use your work. You will be treated like a servant and given a 1% appraisal and an increase in working hours at this thankless firm. NO ONE should join this hell hole organisation. HORRIBLE FIRM HORRIBLE EMPLOYERS HORRIBLE PLACE
