Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

I dislike this company due to MD behaviour rudeness and no scope to learn and they did not provide any computer, I think lack of knowledge run company and lack of Cooperateness so leave the company but if help the employee then run the company smoothly.

It is amazing, the people are very friendly and welcoming in general, the work environment seems very warm and I've been working since over 4 years now and have learnt a lot thanks to the CEO who is actively involved in the teaching and development process of his employees.
