Everything here is dislikes even they don't have washrooms for working manpower and when anyone demand the same employer said they don't deserve the washroom. I joined as an Plant Head but one helper do fake and wrong reporting to employer and then what from next day they don't need my services no pre intimation no meetings. Old employees have fixed commission's withe vendors and making employer fool with low salary working and Purchase Head 12th pass who even don't know the budgeting of purchase just do fake and wrong reporting. SHAME ON YOU GUYS. DON'T PLAY WITH ANYONE CARRIERS IF THE SAME HAPPENED WITH YOU GUYS THINK ABOUT IT

Old employees doing everything wrong, just buttering to management and wrong messages convey to management and management too don't even discuss with you they just think thier old employees is saying truth but once listen to the both side's only then u can decide. Purchase team taking benefits by taking commissions from vendors and treat as they are genuine for company shame of them. Employer need to audit thier purchase team

Specifically who are coming out of station don't join here bcz thier is no job security if anyone do ur wrong or fake reporting management then management couldn't even tell to u anything and if u don't know what's the reason then how u get know to know that y company dismissed me. In this company only old employees have thier monopolies which can't be break and new employees come and management terminate them without any reasons within 2 or 6 month's. Worst culture even no one wishes morning here no working culture stay from this type of companies
