1)The company is providing the monthly salary timely to all the employees in this pandemic 2) The company took the required safety measures as per the government of India 3) Each worker has to pass the screening at the entrance and hand and body sanitization is there... 4) Mask is made compulsory for all the employees and social distancing Is maintained while working... 5) At the entrance of every plant, first hand washing and after that sanitization is done before entering the processing area.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I have the fact that I am a part of ateam markets reliable very good quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Some time, I have to work 8-16 hour straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and some times late into the night. Also the no on job training for fresher, hence senior folks like me have to guilde them step by step which is pain sometimes.

Glass Division is no more in existence. Working in this company was an average experience. Nothing exciting or special.

...e company. Some old friends (employees) of VP always mislead against new comers. Even the raise of salary was only for VPs nearer / friend employees.

After giving 8 years of my life to jagatjit .they are not good human people. I urge to God please punish to them. Not trustworthy company.all players are playing bulsheet games.do not spoil the future to join jagatjit.

Hi I have good name in south zone event then try to convince me to resign my job due to 32 5000 salary axis very poor you can just imagine that when you guys and 10 years experience guy if they both having 32 5000 salary difference which boy are which person you will select for keeping their regular jobs absolutely experience car only everyone should select this very poor company selected new guy who does not know anything that people always I taken very light
