Working location and office is good.

...er about informing the cause behind this. They are not serious about employment. They never gives a offer letter/joining letter,they don't know about salary slip,employee insurance,PF & Other govt regulations are Question mark for them.if you give resignation (or fired) then they won't give you experience certificate.There is not a chance of career growth even you work hard.yes if you do boot-licking then there is a chance. Salary is very low even a labour earn more than a employee of jagat Radha Motors. There is huge politics by those employee who are relative of CEO/MD/Owner. Once you entered in this organization then you should forgot about innovations.

Here nothing is upto the level. You never get a salary compared to your workload. Here employee has always to be ready for scolding. No one knows who will be fired at what movement. Only one thing is good that they only heir local peoples so employee can manage any emeegency situation if occur in their personal life.
