... for this hospital and it may be 2/3 hour and did not get any payment for this.. No schedule time for salary no bonus in festival time like our big festival durga puja.. Very hard to achieve comp off Or Cl.. Lot of manegar in same department and it is hard to report them because we have to report all of them .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

They don't even issue appointment letters ,deucts the pf but bnevr deposit feel bad for the nurses as theesi amout is being deducted and whn they need any medical support they get to know their name is not there . Crook s

Work Culture not satisfied, Policy of Company is very poor HR section & Manager is totally unprofessional, Job security is depend not for hard working or dedication it depends on oiling to the management section.

HR section or Management least bother about my dedication, hard work, I Only focused on my Job but they need salute everyday, giving extra time for time pass with management etc etc.
