There is nothing good about this organisation. Worst experience ever in my entire work life.

Dislikes

Worst organisation. Zero job security. Zero professionalism. High politics. Worst seniors. Arrogant and worst boss ever. I would never recommend this institute for job as well as for studies.

There is nothing in particular "good" about it. The chairman Mr Manish Gupta seems to be a genuine person though. I guess that's the only one thing good about JIMS.

Everything. It's not the place for people who want to grow in life. It has sarkari culture with no employee motivation. People working there just exist and have no intentions to grow in life. They want to be there until retirement. The culture sucks as no one aspires to be better, everyone is comfortable doing nothing.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
