I AM WORKING IN JAGADAMBA AUTO COMPONENTS FROM LAST ONE YEAR..FOR FRESHERS THIS COMPANY IS BEST TO LEARN EVERYTHING IN PRODUCTION LINE, QUALITY MANAGEMENT ETC AS PER REQUIREMENTS...FOR THOSE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE THIS COMPANY IS EXTRAORDINARY...THIS COMPANY GIVES VERY SUPPORT TO GROW AHEAD...IF SOMEONE WANT TO LEARN AND GROW UP CHOOSE THIS COMPANY...ITS GIVES EVERY TYPE OF FACILITIES LIKE FOODING,BUS FACILITIES,NO WORK LOAD,NO PRESSURE FOR ITS EMPLOYEES....I AM GREATFULL TO WORK HERE....

I THINK FOR MAHARASTRA CITIZENS IT IS SUITABLE TO ATTACHED AND FREELY TO WORK HERE...FOR OTHER CITIZENS OF OTHER STATE LIKE ODISHA,HARYANA,UP ETC...IT IS NOT COMFORTABLE TO WORK...THEY CAN'T SPOKE AND UNDERSTAND MARATHI AND CAN'T COMFORTABLE TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING OTHERS...IF SOMEONE COME TO CHECK IN DUTY HOUR WE ARE FACING TROUBLE TO SPOKE MARATHI.. SOME OF THE COMPANY EMPLOYEES CAN'T UNDERSTAND HINDI LANGUAGE...I DON'T THINK ANY OTHER BAD HABBIT IN THIS COMPANY...I LOVE IT...
