Improper work distribution, mismanagement , salary is based on man.hrs booked, if manager has selfish motive to not give you project work you won't get your salary,Hr has no control on this, no job security although you work late hrs. Dedicatedly. They may call when they need you back.

1. Flexibility to WFH exists for sometime more.

Dislikes

1. No annual Bonus, combined with a max. 1.5 X pay factor (compared to 1.8 X yrs exp. default of any global EPC in India)- very low salary. 2. Lowest annual increments to the rate of 7% , lower than even inflation for Engineers. Designers may get double digits due to even lower pay. 3. Expect to work 3-4 hrs without overtime without charging on domestic projects daily, due to budget constraints. Weekend work is forced without Overtime. On asking for OT , management just shrugs it off with a "get the work done first". Everytime! 4. Plenty of office politics to navigate or keep away for appraisals, based on your skill or preference.
