Job security is a big problem. They did not even reward loyalty. Poor management skills and lack of encouragement. It works on politics more than talent

The quantity of work given is APT. You will only get 2 brands to handle maximum which is good for copy team as to deliver good results.

The management is quite poor. No one looking after the brands. No solid management. There should a proper management system. It's important to retain the clientele back.

Management including the founder and the other Director only do fake talks about the company values and company position in the market. They have a detective in the name of HR and personal secretaries. The tiny HR named Needa working there does only yapping and buttering the founder. The company always move from one place to the other every year...Yes, literally every year. Not a stable company at all!

Dislikes

There is nothing to like about this company. Very sad state the company is in. Management are bunch of liars. Company is suffering massive losses whereas outside they portray images as if all is well. They do lot of fraudulent stuff which I prefer not to get into or talk about it. My recommendation - STAY AWAY FROM THE PEOPLE HERE AND THIS COMPANY.
