...ty, no employee welfare schemes. No work life balance and management support. Terible pay masters, no employee support. Even in work from home they do not provide internet and mobile support, expect you to work all the days without taking leaves... Huge targets.. Salaries in peanuts. Lol, on top of that they deduct the salaries on poor performance without giving PIP Or warning! No logical thinking.. Whatever is being told you have to follow, no questions can be asked. Best part is- if you reach office an hour before and follow all the instructions, say yes yes to everything praise the culture time management and all... You will have a safe and respectful job.. No one gonna ask about your performance for a couple of years. More reporting than actual work, more planning than execution.. More micromanagement than trust.

Did not pay due compensation. Reason of the head is that the consultancy services rendered were not paid by the client. I learned later that it was already paid but the company has not paid my compensation to date.

Zero motivation, negative work culture, management does not do anything they only focus on achieving targets without sufficient resources, training’s and motivated work culture... management doesn’t value employee. Zero employees benefit
