I liked teamwork at jabil. In company working employees are helpful and our senior gave me great training about company working.l love that I was part of a team that high quality production of setup box,home appliances.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes I have to work over time.

...wonder to work in jabil the falsity and Cruz's are better to perform actual job. the management behind life are is to under stable but the salary need to grown- up as per the work distribution.

The food cultures is need to upgraded, The operators are working heavy so they need to provide energy drinks on break time rather than providing them Tea.

... your intrest of work you like to work on product or just to work on concepts. No Saturday off and yes salary hike is 10 % at November and 5 % at mid. Profit sharing is there but it is not much.

Culture is according to manufacturing company work work work , most people work almost entire Day from 8 to night 12

Local feeling, there is no value for other states person, But they need other state person for there values, hikes and promotion are given by there know person..,all days are working ,Bumper offer for sundays (6- 6 working),No OT, OD will provided....etc..
