I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Very Friendly interaction and No Bossism at all. Salary paying was up to date and good hikes with festival and birthday bonus every year. Company policies are very nice. Helps their Employees in reaching success..overall its a good experience with JS ENGINEERING WORKS

Dislikes

... and bond with original certificates with 2 to 3 years related to job profile. Cant get weekoffs easily, there is only 2 weekoffs per month and we have to work on sundays also based on work and they deduct some amount from ur salary if u take more than 1 weekoff per month.
