In one word, It's a horrible company with a very low salary package for fresher as well as for people with 2-3 years or even 5 years of job experience. Yearly increment given is hardly 2-3% of your current basic. They make you work as if you have no family back home and the office is the only place you got.

Dislikes

Well, the most disappointing and shocking thing I've experienced in the company when I saw a colleague of mine was forced to resign when she asked for her maternity leave. That's when I realised there is no job security at all in this so-called renowned org.

The company is not supporting at all. It sacked a lot of people in these hard times i.e. forced them into resignation. Besides, they have made us sign a self-declaration saying that the company is not responsible for any of those employees who are coming to office, as in if any of us is tested positive or get infected while commuting to the office then the company won't take any responsibility. Above all the salary cut is also there. No work from home.

... if you don't put more and more effort and your health doesn't matter to them. Salary structure is very very bad for associate levels.

I like nothing about this organization. Worst experience of working at J.R Laddha, they dont value their employees. They are supporting me during covid by not releasing my F&F payments even after 6 months.

Everything. No working culture in the company. Your work never get recognised if ur receptionist backbitch about you. Zero professionalism, no appreciation. Even seniors (director ) is not a man of his words. This organization is not for the experience candidates.
