Once a time this a premium culture company. But due internal politics, going to lose its goodwill.

Compensation is very poor. Work pressure is very high.Manager do not value an individual unique strenghts, which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the time.There is no job training for fresher.

Limited opportunities for growth or promotion in some areas. Dissatisfaction with salary or benefits compared to industry standards.

Likes

On Time Salary and Good in Staff Welfare. Great Place to work in all departments of the Fenner except in Finance Department.

Dislikes

After COVID-19 lockdown the work culture was collapsed and changed especially for Accounts. 1. Expecting the availability for late night, weekend and holidays. Has to work from Home even if leave applied. 2. Only 3 to 4 persons available for Execution of work, for which 7 HOD's are there to supervise 3. No carrier growth & Poor Appraisal. Recognition like Promotion, increments & incentives are given only to person who are close to the appraiser and hard work not recognized 4. No Job Security & No Training Opportunity 5. Poor in work-life balance 6. More Politics rather than work

1) Can learn things more while working 2) Experience in facing Audits

1) Superiors behavior is poor 2) Need to stay as Trainee with 10k salary for years and are not eligible for increment. 3) More Work load

...ts are very supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good. But salary and bonus are not improved.

Salary is not good
