I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

This is very tiny manufacturing unit. I have been working here since jan. 2015. I am single person to held and manage all over accounts and paper work here. So, be a single employee of particular work has given more satisfied and rich experience. Feel me happy and active to took the all responsibility.

Working in J.M. Tools has gave me more experience about actual working of accounts and external responsibility like sale tax cases and other. But due to have a tiny unit, shrink is problem in that .
