AS A PREVIOUS EMLOYEE OF JM MHATRE INFRA.WORK ENVIRONMENT IS GOOD BUT THOSE WHO SHOWS LOT OF INTEREST TO WORK HARD WILL FULLY DISSAPOINT ONLY BECAUSE OF RESPONSIBILITIES DROP ON HIM, AND THOSE WHO SHOWS ONE SIDE ACTION LIKE DOING HARDWORK BUT PLAYING BESIDE THEM WILL GET GOOD APPRAISALS.

OVERALL I DISPOINTED WITH PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS AND ANNUAL HIKES,NO BONUS.NO PERFECT HR PRACTICES.BETTER TO IMPROVE MORE.HOPE GOOD IN FUTURE.

The company is Pvt Ltd, so large number of worker do their work. There are about 3500 Engineer in our company. I have maintain the mining site drilling,charging,blasting.Mining site one first class engineer, one mining foreman,eight mine mate have maintain the mine.

Dislikes

J M MHATRE mainly have to work civil such as(road constriction, mining working). Career growth not good because salary growth is not every year(three years after salary growth).There is no job training for freshers

...me. There is a clear line of hierarchy and everyone is accessible pretty easily. The salary hike depends solely on your team's performance.

...adlines nor the standards set by the clients. Because of this, the team suffers. The salary hike depends solely on the performance of the team and thus because of ill behaviour of a few people even the most dedicated person suffers. If the candidate is lucky enough to be placed under a senior who has been working in the company for a considerable amount of time, the opportunity is priceless.

The project manager i worked started using very indecent language and expects to know everything regardless of your project

Here I need to tell about their hardwork and projects they are undertaking. If you can see the the company mainly deals with mostly Government projects. Work environment is adoptive and we can get good technical teammates here who are working hard to complete the project in time. They will use a standard mechinary in the work place. While In this hard COVID-19 situation they are working while taking required health measurements. And at hard times they are working with limited staff who are available near to the project site.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike here. They are providing more job vacancies by undertaking such a huge projects by providing accomodation and food for each and every person in the project by taking required security measurements.
