Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I am working with JCPPC since last two years and feel a great satisfaction level here. All working staff are excellent and so much co-operative. Work life balance are excellent and no pressure at all. Everyone is so much loyal to their work. Hence, need to take additional effort for completion of any work. All senior staff are so much helpful. Three words for this organisation are "Amazing", "Excellent" and "Superb"🙏
