salary structure is extremely low there is no reason to waste your 1 year in this organization, I mean the management should say this before that you are not going to get a good increment even after 1 year of hard work there mindset is like we can get cheap people easily who will complete our tasks in a very low rate that's a disgusting mentality there work is also a scam they do SEO of fake international air travel agency website and get leads from their and they send that to a travel agency who acts as fake foreigners and scam those people

what i do not like like after contributing my 1 year in this organization is how poorly they treat their employees they do not respect or value any employee of their organization they think that the employees are easily replaceable and they can get cheap labors very easily who will do their work at a cheap price the working culture is pathetic its weird how some employee of their organization who do not know anything about SEO or digital marketing are getting better salary then who have better knowledge the boss of this company is a complete scam he shows he is a good human but that's what boss do they don't show how manipulative and selfish they are so they hire a selfish and a pathetic person{manager} who do what he say. If the organization thinks that people are easily replaceable and we will not help them in any way whether it is salary or skill development they should tell these thing in the beginning so than no one will waste their time or energy in this company and they hire cheap and uneducated employees after every 3 months> I would not recommend anyone who has knowledge to join this scam organization yes scam their work is a scam they make fake travel agency website and rank them that's very unethical enjoying their life by scamming international people.
